Try before you pay

Damdit has a 14-day free trial with full features, so you can decide before you pay. No payment method is needed to start it.

Payments are non-refundable

Subscription payments are not refunded, in full or in part. This includes unused time after you cancel and renewals you forgot to cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your Damdit account, which opens Paddle’s customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that, Damdit becomes read-only: you can still open your projects and export reports, but you can’t run new audits.

Your statutory rights

Damdit is sold by Paddle.com as the merchant of record. If you’re a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days. Paddle handles these requests under the Paddle Buyer Terms.

That right may end once you agree to start using the paid subscription within the withdrawal period. According to Paddle, an annual renewal may start a new 14-day withdrawal period.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, write to support@damdit.com or contact Paddle through the link on your receipt. Errors will be corrected.
